Enforcement & Appeals Policy

This policy explains what we may do when content or accounts break our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. It is part of our Terms.

What we may do

Depending on how serious the problem is, we may:

  • remove content, or keep it off recommendations and the home page;
  • remove comments;
  • limit features, such as uploading or commenting;
  • suspend or permanently close an account.

We permanently close accounts, without appeal, for anything sexualizing minors, and we report it to NCMEC. We also close accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright.

Appeals

If you think we made a mistake, email admin@wondali.com within 30 days with your username, the content or decision, and why you think it was wrong. A person will review it and reply.
